Nakamoto plans to acquire UTXO Management and BTC Inc, with a transaction value of approximately $107 million

BlockBeats News, February 17 — Bitcoin Treasury Company Nakamoto announced that it has signed a definitive acquisition agreement to acquire Bitcoin media and conference organization BTC Inc and the asset management firm UTXO Management, which focuses on Bitcoin-related investments. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.

According to the announcement, this acquisition will be completed in stock, with BTC Inc and UTXO shareholders collectively receiving approximately 364 million Nakamoto common shares, corresponding to a total transaction value of about $107 million.
