Fear Index 20, extreme panic is when it's time to watch the excitement. BTC, ETH, and SOL are all in that kind of chaotic deadlock—RSI is sometimes oversold and then rebounds, MACD has been lingering in negative values, none can provide me with a clear reason to enter.
