#比特币市场情绪与技术面 Seeing Bitcoin oscillating repeatedly around $87,000, the old saying still echoes in my mind: market equilibrium is often the easiest to break.

Recent data shows that short-term holders' buy/sell pressure is at extreme levels not seen in three years, with buying and selling forces evenly matched. It sounds stable, but history tells us this balance is precisely the most fragile. In a bull market, it could trigger an upward surge instantly; in a bear market, it can collapse suddenly just as easily.

What deserves even more vigilance is that short-term holders are already down 13.9%, with market sentiment clearly under pressure. If the price truly breaks below $85,000, once that -15 net pressure critical point is breached, the magnitude of the pullback could far exceed expectations.

What I want to say is, moments like these test human nature most severely. It's not about panicking and exiting, but rather reminding ourselves: check whether your position allocation is still reasonable, whether you've kept enough buffer to handle risks. A long-term mindset is very important, but the prerequisite is surviving long enough. Every period of market fragility is a good opportunity for us to re-examine our safety margins. By holding the bottom line, we can go further.
