These five questions: the first two are hard thresholds.

If either one fails—you can't verify it correctly, or the cost of a mistake is too high to recover—then don't hand this task to AI. Do it yourself. For example, tasks involving healthcare, law, or investment.

Once those two are passed, look at the remaining three.

If all three are clear—the completion standard is well-defined, the information is general, and no people are involved—then let AI do it. For example, article summaries, information classification, or template drafts.

If any of the last three applies, then you need to use your judgment. Let AI assist, but you make the final call. For example, important emails, business plans, client replies, interview prep, etc.

Knowing how to use AI doesn't mean handing all the work to AI.

It's about distinguishing which tasks can be fully delegated to AI, which ones should only be assisted by AI, and which must be handled by humans.
