根據 The Block，Aztec Labs 於 5 月 28 日收購了 Obsidion，該公司為開源隱私身分驗證工具 ZKPassport 的背後團隊。共同創辦人 Michael Elliot 與 Theo Madzou 以及他們的團隊已加入 Aztec Labs，並將繼續開發 ZKPassport。ZKPassport 讓使用者可在行動裝置上透過 NFC 讀取護照或政府身分證明文件，在本地產生加密簽章，並在不暴露完整個人資料的情況下驗證年齡、國籍與身分。Aztec Labs 表示，將維持 ZKPassport 協定與 iOS 應用程式的開源狀態。

根據 Tech in Asia，Stable 於 5 月 26 日推出 StableEarn，將業務擴展至資金管理。首個基金池已在 Morpho 啟用，並由風險管理公司 Gauntlet 負責管理。資產將透過受控流動性與再平衡配置至 Morpho 的借貸市場。該基金由真實世界資產收益平台 Theo 支援，並採用的策略包含將美國國庫券（thBILL）代幣化的曝險、以珠寶貸款作為擔保的計息黃金代幣（thGOLD），以及以黃金衍生品為基礎、能產生收益的穩定幣（thUSD）。

Gate News reported that on March 17, tokenization platform Theo announced the launch of thUSD, a yield-bearing stablecoin linked to gold, and opened a liquidity pool with a maximum allocation of $100 million. The stablecoin is backed by thGOLD, the gold token it issued, and generates yield through a cash-and-carry arbitrage strategy by holding spot gold exposure while shorting gold futures. Previously, Theo raised $15.5 million in funding led by Hack VC and Anthos Capital.

Gate News 消息，3 月 9 日，鏈上金融市場平台 Theo 將於 3 月 10 日通過 Concrete 開啟黃金支持生息穩定幣 thUSD Genesis Vault 的 1 億美元預存款。thUSD 基於代幣化黃金產品 thGOLD 構建，通過向零售商出借黃金獲取利息，並在 CME 等平台對沖黃金期貨以構建
