Trump: The crash of U.S. fighter jets will not affect negotiations with Iran

Golden Finance reports that on April 4, according to NBC News, during a brief phone interview, U.S. President Trump said that the crash of U.S. fighter jets in Iran would not affect negotiations with Iran. Trump refused to discuss the specific details of the search-and-rescue operations that are currently underway after the fighter jets crashed in Iran, but he expressed dissatisfaction with some reports about the military operation, because this is clearly a tense and sensitive military operation. When asked whether the events that occurred today would affect negotiations with Iran, Trump said they would not be affected. He said, “No, absolutely not. No, this is war—we’re fighting a war.”
