The issuance price is set at 17.20 yuan/share. The total amount of funds to be raised in this simplified procedure for specific objects does not exceed 29,986.21 million yuan (including this amount), does not exceed 300 million yuan, and does not exceed 20% of the net assets at the end of the most recent year.
