Bitcoin miner Bitfarms has increased the issuance size of its convertible preferred notes to $500 million.
PANews October 17 news, according to Globenewswire, Bitcoin miner Bitfarms Ltd. (stock code BITF) announced the pricing of its convertible preferred notes with a total principal of $500 million, maturing in 2031, with a coupon rate of 1.375%. At the same time, Bitfarms granted the initial purchasers of the convertible notes an option to purchase an additional principal amount of up to $88 million of convertible notes within 13 days from the initial issuance date (inclusive). The issuance scale has been increased from the previously announced $300 million. Subject to the usual closing conditions, the issuance is expected to be completed around October 21, 2025.
