Golden Finance reported that on December 21 local time, U.S. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche defended the Department of Justice's decision to partially release documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein case before the congressional deadline, stating that this move was to protect the victims of the Epstein case. Blanche promised that the Trump administration would ultimately fulfill its legal obligations. However, he emphasized that the Department of Justice has an obligation to act cautiously when releasing thousands of documents that may contain sensitive information.
