For this individual investor who reached a settlement, the company has accrued an estimated liability of 727,100 yuan for the claim amount in the 2022 annual report, and terminated the confirmation of the related estimated liability based on the sufficient debt repayment resources reserved according to the company’s restructuring plan. After this settlement, the company will adjust the estimated liabilities and restructuring gains and losses based on the final settlement of the debt amount and the repayment plan in the restructuring plan. According to the calculation of the company’s finance department, it is estimated that this matter will reduce the non-operating expenses of this period by 242,300 yuan, reduce the debt restructuring income by 164,100 yuan, and increase the net profit attributable to the parent company by 78,200 yuan.
