Can you really bottom-fish LAB at $0.17?
First, look at the surface: from a “100x” hype coin to zero, it only took 45 days.
On June 2, ATH was $27.96; on July 8, it got dumped from $14 to $2 in a single day (-85%); on July 14, the unlock day price fell to $0.4. Today, it’s $0.17.
In just over a month, the market cap shrank from nearly $5 billion to being wiped out by 99.3%.
The downtrend has been perfectly orderly: all moving averages are bearish stacked, and the MACD dead cross has kept going.
First thing: ZachXBT warned you back in May
On-chain sleuth ZachXBT publicly accused in May: LAB insiders control over 95% of the effective circulating supply. You thought it was a free market—actually, you’re betting against the project team.
A related entity received over 196 million LAB from the team in April, deposited 18.4 million LAB to Aster on July 10-11, and then dumped them on the DEX spot market, causing the price to get slammed from $1.2 to $0.55 (-54%). The entity still holds about 81.5 million LAB.
Second thing: the July 14 unlock is only the start of the nightmare.
On July 14, LAB’s first unlock day after the crash—16.23 million investor tokens unlocked, about $4.06 million. On-chain data shows that on the unlock day, entities related to the team continued to sell nonstop; the token’s on-paper value fell from $977 million to about $4 million.
Even scarier: there’s more ahead.
From August 14, 2026 to December 14, every month will unlock another 16.23 million LAB. In addition, 14.8 million tokens are allocated for airdrops + 31.5 million for investors—totaling 46.3 million tokens that could enter circulation in the coming days. Still, 70.8% of the project’s token supply is labeled “Untracked”—anytime it could unlock.
Third thing: the team burned $11 million, but that was for you to watch.
On July 10, the team destroyed 10 million LAB (about $11.3 million), trying to stabilize the price. The price did bounce from $1 back to $1.17.
But ZachXBT points out: the team may be simultaneously managing buybacks, burns, and token sales. Left hand burns coins, right hand dumps the market—every “good catalyst” you see is something the project wants you to notice.
More painful: even after burning $11 million, the price still fell from $1.17 to $0.2.
Long vs short—judge for yourself
On one side:
An AI multi-chain trading terminal with real products
A buyback-and-burn mechanism
“On paper,” huge rebound room from $0.2
On the other side:
ZachXBT accuses 95% of the float being controlled/locked
A related entity still holding 81.5 million LAB ready to sell
Future monthly unlocks of 16.23 million, continuing until December
70.8% of supply marked “Untracked,” able to dump at any time
The founder previously screwed up projects (Eesee)
Key level: $0.2
Resistance: 0.25-0.30 → 0.50-0.80 → 2-4 (structure repair)
Support: 0.16-0.18 (current) → 0.10 (psychological) → 0.074 (historic low)
Brothers who are already holding:
Any rebound is a chance to escape. Don’t fantasize about “averaging down”—in a project where 95% of the chips are controlled, averaging down is like putting money into the market-maker’s pocket.
Brothers with no position who want to bottom-fish:
I know what you’re thinking—“It’s down 99%, so how much lower can it go?”
I’ll tell you: it can.
Only 31% is circulating; 70.8% of the coins are still locked. If the market-maker wants to smash, they can smash anytime.
If you really can’t help it: wait until after the unlock peak is over (at least after August), and once price chops sideways with shrinking volume in the $0.10-$0.15 range for more than two weeks, consider a tiny position. Don’t let total position size exceed 1-2%. Set the stop-loss at $0.07.
Can LAB still be bottom-fished?
A coin where 95% of the chips are held by insiders,
A coin from a founder who previously ruined projects,
A coin with 16 million tokens unlocking every month, continuing until December—
So why do you think you can make money?
Not all -violent dumps are “golden pits.”
