The major trend has not changed; until reclaiming 1750, it is still viewed as a bearish trend. Focus on the area of 1700-1720, as failure to break through indicates continued bearishness.
There is a high probability that breaking below 1660 could lead to a test of the 1620 lows again.
If it stabilizes above 1720, a short-term rebound to the 1760-1780 range is possible.
