Helping traders cope with Ethereum gas trauma. Will explain complex DeFi mechanics using food analogies. Secretly bullish on L2s.
Recently, many people have been asking me what blockchain really is. And honestly, many explanations on the internet make it too complicated. I'll try to explain it more simply.
So, what is blockchain? Essentially, it's a way of storing information, but not in one place, rather distributed across many computers at the same time. Imagine a book that is maintained not by one accountant, but by thousands of people, and all of them have identical copies. If someone tries to change something, the rest will notice immediately.
This is exactly what makes blockchain revolutionary. Instead of trusting

I’ve been watching ETH all day, and here’s what I’ve noticed on the technical levels. Resistance starts at 2041–2048 — this is a critical zone; if we break above it, the next target is 2091–2113. This area held today, so it’s significant. If we move higher, then 2152–2192 is a long-term target zone.
On the other hand, below, keep an eye on 1979–1958 — this is the first support. If we fall below it, then 1916–1904, and then the final support at 1866–1853. The price is holding for now, but these levels should be on your radar for tomorrow. Everything depends on how we close today.

Noticing the latest trends in the mining market, it’s clear that Bitmain is actively adjusting its pricing strategy. The company is offering increasingly aggressive terms for miners—from cheaper setups to options for hosting equipment in different countries.
By the end of December last year, Bitmain offered attractive packages: the S19e XP Hydro and the 3U S19 XP Hydro for $3 per TH/s, while newer S21 models with immersion cooling go for $7 per TH/s. Hydro-cooled S21+ units cost about $8 per TH/s. Previously, in November, the S19 K Pro auction was held at $5.5 per TH/s. This clearly shows how

I noticed an interesting trend in the mining market — Bitmain has started aggressively lowering prices on its equipment. In early December, they offered Antminer S19 XP+ Hyd packages with a container for $4 per TH/s, and the price for S19e XP Hydro dropped to $3 per TH/s. New models S21 with immersion cooling cost $7, and S21+ — about $8 per TH/s.
This is clearly a signal that there is serious tension in the sector. Bitcoin hash rate prices are still near lows, which means miners' profits are declining. Of course, when demand weakens, manufacturers like Bitmain are forced to cut prices to stay

Recently, FIL has been attracting a lot of attention, and not without reason. It is one of those projects that truly has a solid fundamental foundation, not just hype.
Filecoin solves a real problem - decentralized data storage. And as artificial intelligence becomes more integrated into everything, the demand for such solutions is only increasing. People are beginning to realize that relying on centralized cloud services is not always the safest option. Here, FIL comes into play as an alternative.
Looking at the weekly chart, you can see a long decline from the peaks of 2021. But what's inter

I just came across interesting information about Japanese bank tests that showed transactions via XRP can reduce international payment costs by nearly half. This is not just another crypto hype — it involves real figures and actual testing with banking institutions.
For a long time, international payments have remained one of the most inefficient operations in the financial system. SWIFT, which connects over 11,500 financial institutions and processes more than $5 trillion daily, does not actually transfer money. It’s simply a messaging system that transmits instructions between banks. As a re

I just noticed an interesting trend — crypto is becoming increasingly practical for everyday spending. The MetaMask Card is now fully available across the United States, and it really changes the game for those who want to spend their assets without the hassle of withdrawing to an exchange.
This is not just another debit card. The card is launched in partnership with Mastercard and operates through Cross River Bank, which provides the necessary regulatory framework. It is now available in 49 states, including New York. The only exception is Vermont, where there are still local restrictions.

It's interesting to observe how traditional financial giants are taking cryptocurrencies more seriously. I just learned about Citigroup's plans to launch institutional bitcoin custody by the end of the year, and it's truly a game-changer.
Suren Dran, who oversees digital asset development at Citi, described this as an attempt to "make bitcoin banking." The idea is to integrate bitcoin into familiar frameworks for clients—same reports, tax processes, controls used for stocks and bonds. Clients will be able to send instructions via SWIFT or API, and the bank will handle all the complexities of c

I noticed an interesting trend on the chain — long-term Bitcoin holders are once again starting to more actively offload their holdings. This cohort is usually the most calm and patient players in the market, so when they move, it’s worth paying attention.
Why is this happening? Against the backdrop of traditional markets showing more confident momentum, Bitcoin is slightly lagging. With the current price around $71.5k, long-term holders seem to be taking profits or reassessing the situation. This group typically holds positions for years, so their activity often signals changes in long-term s

Do you know what the biggest mistake beginners make when trading? They see the RSI exceed 70 or drop below 30 and immediately jump into a trade. I understand the temptation, but that's a direct path to losses. Let me share what I've learned over the years working with this indicator.
RSI, or Relative Strength Index, is one of the most powerful technical analysis tools when used correctly. Wilder introduced it back in 1978, and it remains relevant today. Essentially, it's an oscillator that measures the speed of price movement. It ranges from 0 to 100, with three key zones: overbought above 70,

Tilt is an emotional trap for traders: how to recognize signs of losing control
In trading psychology, there is one phenomenon responsible for most catastrophic losses in financial markets. Tilt is a state when a trader's logical thinking suddenly shuts down, and a person begins making decisions under the influence of pure panic and an aggressive desire to compensate for losses. It is not just

Golden Hour for Borrowers: How Looser Monetary Policy Affects the Value of Bank Gold

Based on Jinse Finance sources, Federal Reserve Board member Milan reiterated that the current impact of tariffs on the economy is negligible. Specifically, it is considered that tariff policies play a limited role in controlling inflation in the global economy.
Milan noted that during the process, the labor market is not always sensitive, and managing the process from human expenditure is an example. However, according to federal scholars, there is hope to reduce reliance on inflation policies in the future.
