Odaily Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terret posted on the X platform that in the Senate seat campaign, crypto lawyer John Deaton raised $1.36 million in campaign funds in the first quarter, while anti-crypto Congressman Elizabeth Warren raised only $1.1 million.
According to Terret, John Deaton has received donations from many people in the crypto space, such as Ripple executives Brad Garlinghouse, Chris Larsen, Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, Charles Hoskinson, Jameson Lopp, and Anthony Scaramucci, among others.
Donors, including brothers Garlinghouse, Larsen, Scaramucci and Winklevoss, provided the highest donation of $6,600 for Deaton's campaign, according to Politico. (Cyptonews)
