Gate News message, April 21 — Vanke A announced that its 2023 first-period medium-term note (MTN), ticker "23万科MTN001" (code 102381014), will mature on April 23, 2026. The bond, with an issuance size of 2 billion yuan, a three-year term, and a coupon rate of 3.11%, will distribute a total of 864.54 million yuan in principal and interest, comprising 40% of principal and related accrued interest.
Funds will be transferred by the Shanghai Clearing House to bondholders' designated accounts on the maturity date. If the payment date coincides with a legal holiday, the transfer will be postponed accordingly.
